Clients are allowed to choose between 20, or 30 Minute Walk Lengths when submitting their booking request on our software. Pet Pocketbook.

Private walks take place in your neighborhood, we do not drive your dog to another location for this service

All walks must be Booked 24 hours or More In advance through our Booking Platform Pet Pocketbook.

Each walk is GPS-tracked and timed. You will also receive photos and a route map for added peace of mind.

Our private dog walks are offered as a prepaid monthly package with a $315.00 minimum monthly spend.

This package is billed once per month and provides guaranteed availability and flexible scheduling.

Important: Private Walk Rates: are Inclusive of all Dogs your own, Taxes & fees.

The $315.00 prepaid amount is equivalent to:

• 6 private 45 Minute walks or

• 8 private 30-minute walks, or

• 12 private 20-minute walks

Clients may mix walk lengths and schedule additional walks beyond the minimum as needed.

Additional Walks are billed at:

• $26.25 per 20 Minute walk

• $36.75 per 30 Minute walk

• 52.50 per 45 Minute walk

You will receive your first bill after our meet and greet upon agreeing to sign up for services due at or before your dogs first walk.

After which each additional bill is sent out once monthly on the 1st of each month (for the upcoming month)

All walks are deducted from your prepaid balance as they are completed.

Any walks that exceed your prepaid balance are itemized as additional line items and added to the following month’s invoice and Billed in addition to the next months minimum

Example:

January Invoice 315$ (Prepaid) But you Use 16 - 20 Minute walks Between Jan 1 & Jan 31

12 of Those 16 Walks Will come off of Januaries Balance. The remaining 4 will Be added to your invoice that you will receive on February 1st

Making Februaries Invoice total $315.00 + $105.00 (4 extra 20 Minute walks Walks) for a total due for February: $420.00

Because the monthly package reserves dedicated space in our schedule, unused prepaid walks do not roll over to the next billing cycle.

Private dog walking requires us to reserve consistent space in our daily routes. The monthly minimum allows us to:

• Guarantee availability for enrolled clients

• Offer flexible week-to-week scheduling without having to require a weekly minimum.

• Maintain reliable staffing and route planning

This helps us deliver consistent, high-quality care for your dog.

Yes. All cancellations or requests to pause service must be received by the 15th of the month prior to avoid being billed for the upcoming month.

Cancellations received after the 15th will apply to the following billing cycle, and the upcoming month will remain billed as scheduled.
