  • After a Client completes their Initial Consultation we require them to set up a Trial day for their dog(s) if we all agree we want to move forward.

On the day of our trial day one of our staff members will come pickup your dog from your home. You do not need to be present however we will need a key or door code ahead of time if you will be indisposed at the time of pickup/ drop off.

After pickup the staff member will bring your dog back to our facility where we will conduct 1-1 meetings supervised by 2 staff members with other dogs of similar size, age, temperament, energy level and play style.

Once we have 3-4 dogs that your dog gets along with we get ready to take a group walk. The staff member that picked up your dog will walk them alone; another staff member will take the rest of the group. Both staff members will walk tandem slowly allowing your dog to get closer to the group until we are one big group.

Dogs who become over aroused on leash or barrier aggressive when leashed are not always a great fit for this service. We test dogs both in the facility and on leash as there will be times we will be on leash walking and times we will be at the facility. Dogs need to be able to handle both scenarios.

    • Dogs that pull on leash are not automatically disqualified. We have to train nearly every dog how to walk nicely in a group even if they normally Walk Nicely when solo therefore pulling is noted but not a factor that would disqualify your dog(s) for this service.

upon passing the trial day, we will either provide a lockbox for you to keep onsite or clients will be required to put a door or garage code on their pet PocketBook profile as well as a card on file in order to book services going forward.
